PZL-CO Property Zoom Living Company, is a United States based Property development company based in Arlington Texas, was founded in 2013 , with the objective of developing and managing properties of the highest quality and standard. PZLCO has extended it’s strength to “Africa” Nigeria and Ghana.

We provide professional real estate services to aspiring property owners, either corporate bodies or individuals on issues regarding; Real Estate Development, Real Estate Marketing /Acquisition and Property Management.

Our expertise also covers property brokerage, negotiating and structuring joint venture investments, property development analysis and project management.

Safety Policy

PZL-CO is committed to providing and maintaining a safe work environment for the health, safety and welfare of our staff, contractors, sub contractors, visitors and members of the public who may be affected by our work.
We undertake to provide resources in terms of personnel, time and financial outlay commensurate with the commitment we place on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) to achieve these objectives.
HSE is a management responsibility and it is essential that the contents of this policy are understood and followed by directors, managers and supervisors in all subsidiaries. All employees must be made aware and discharge their individual responsibilities.

OBJECTIVE OF THIS POLICY:

To manage HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL matters to the same standards expected in all critical business activities
To have a systematic approach to HSE management and implement a Health, Safety and Environment Management System, which assures continual improvement in its performance.
To comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and agreements it has entered into.
Set and measure targets for improvement and appraisal and report performance.
Expects its staff to intervene if they believe an activity is unsafe or fails to meet GIG standard.

Require Contractors to manage Health, Safety and Environment in line with this policy.
Include Health, Safety and Environment performance in the appraisal of all staff and reward accordingly.
Use its influence to promote this policy with those with whom it does business.
Promote a culture in which all GIG employees and contractors/sub-contractors actively demonstrate personal commitment to HSE.

Develop and maintain safe systems of work, and a safe working environment.
Provide information and training at all levels in the organization to enable all employees to support this policy
Require all risks to be assessed prior to engaging in new areas of operation, purchasing new equipment, and implementing new work methods, and that these risks continue to be reviewed
